Q. I understand if you are a drug smuggler, or a person that sits by the local high school and tries to deal heroine to teenagers...those people should be locked away. I just don't understand why people who wish to do no harm to others get locked up.. For example, i've done cocaine some time in my life, but I am not addicted to it.
