Me and my husband bought a house four years ago with my mother on an agreement to only be in it two years and then sell and split the equity.After one year market was peaked and we wanted to sell, but she did not, she finally agreed after another year to put the house on the market,but priced it too high to sell.Now going on our fifth year, me and my husband have extended our family and have 3 kids now (only had one when we bought).We desperatly want to buy our own house and cannot sell this one because of the market now we are upside down.Finally got mother to agree to rent out the house, but we would like to buy another house and our debt ratio is too high because we have this house on our credit.We are selling our high payment vehicle… [cont.]
