Chemistry Question? Newspaper articles/ magazine articles?
Q. I already have two articles relating to chemistry. However, I need to find five more articles from local newspapers or magazines/ scientific journals that talk about these areas: -The importance of chemistry in our food and water -The importance of chemistry in household products -The importance of chemistry to human health/healthcare -Energy resources -Air quality (Chemistry of our air) -Nuclear Chemistry -Hazardous chemicals in our home -Toxicology Articles can come from newspapers or from scientific journals for example Scientific American or Discover. no websites! Does anyone have anything helpful?? Please and Thank you. Articles should be from June 2007 to now.

A. use scifinder scholar to locate science journals..Sci Finder is available at a college library near u. You can type these words in and do a search and get the article straight from the mag.

Q. Hey. Backround info: I love math So I love math and science. In science there is Wired magazine, Popular science, Scientific American. Does anybody know any really good magazines that have to deal with mathematics? Thanks in advance.

A. I agree with gossip girl. If you're that desperate for math to go on a totally public site and ask people for a MATH magazine, you must really love math. Personally, I hate math, and I think the rest of the world does too. I cannot imagine anybody that would have enough patience, brains, and lack of socialization to actually publish a monthly collection of math problems and articles on numbers. Go buy a math text book or play some of the math games they have online, and maybe consider a more 'manly, gentlemen's club-ish' magazine and if you're a girl, buy yourself the October issue of Allure or Seventeen. (:
